NASA Begins an Official UFO Investigation – Here’s What We Know (and I think)

I think this is a very prudent endeavor. Credible sources are reporting UAPs in restricted areas. They’re not coming at it as if these are little green men from another planet, but they do have a vested interest in getting to the bottom of whatever it is. DoD is taking this seriously and they’ve requested NASA’s assistance.

Apparently current NASA chief Bill Nelson saw some pretty compelling data on UAP back then when he was senator. Just watched a few interviews with him and he actually seems to be quite open to the possibility that at least some UAP might represent non human technology. That said I think Avi Loeb’s Galileo project is a much more interesting proposal, and will move a lot faster than this rather half assed attempt by NASA.

Look this isn’t a paranormal phenomenon, I was an air force aviator and yes we had forms and even an entire procedure for reporting uap’s / ufo’s. I came into the air force just as the unwritten rule of “if you see one keep your mouth shut if you value your career”. And like everything else in the military, some beuracrat was paid to put together a procedure complete with paperwork and death by power point. And while I never saw one I can tell you that in order to trigger a pilot having to make a report, you had to make radar contact. But the only fact we have on the issue is that nobody knows what these things are and anyone who says differently is full of it

As a witness to a UAP event, which was so unbelievable that you write it down and it sounds like science fiction.
I sent my witness report to the Australian air force, with time, date, map location witness names. No reply, not even a automated one.
So, I’m super happy with main stream science community actually taking this seriously and designing equipment to capture data on these ‘events’ ‘craft’
P:S I know no one will believe me but, 2:30 in the afternoon driving to pick up the kids from school, myself & my wife. Nothing but blue sky out in country NSW Australia, a flash of light, like someone had a mirror causing us to look up! It was a horizontal egg shaped craft, no wings about the size of a bus, rippled gunmetal grey with a silvered curved window at one end. It just drifted like a air balloon about 1klm above us, my wife punched me in the arm yelling its a UFO!! as we watched, from outside in something wrapped around it, some field that caused it to be ‘totally’ translucent; till you could not see it was there, no ripple, no light distortion … visually gone. 30-40 seconds from light flash to invisible… make of it what you will.

I feel like you may be a bit biased yourself, or as if you don’t want to believe that we aren’t the only explorers out there. I don’t want there to be, but something tells me there might. I would like to know for sure if there are. They could be very friendly and helpful to us and our understanding in a greater life, or they could be a very serious threat to our existence and try to wipe us out, or worse. This kind of pursuit at the very lease would push scientists, engineers, and money even more into space and orbital spacecraft. It motivates the common person to look up to the stars and push for a better study of them.

I saw one a long time ago along with a third of the roughly 100 person group I was in and later found out that 3 entire states witnessed it as was written in the newspapers. It was very high in elevation and was moving slow, then shot away in a different direction like making a check mark. I looked for explanations like a meteor ricocheting off the atmosphere but it didn’t fit. Who knows? It was neat to watch and fun to reminisce with my family.
