1年 agoIt’s always a weather balloon…when it isn’t…its still a weather balloon. Fantastic as always! Cheers

1年 agoI am Arizonan, so this is nice to hear. Also, mind making a video on the Saunders Roe P192 Queen?

1年 agoAliens: ayo lets do a flyby over those hairless apes, land somewhere and hopefully they will be willing to communicate then maybe we can give them some of our advanced technology like instant teleportation, medicine for every disease, socks that never get wet and a working ice cream dispenser machine

1年 agoIf it was a military airship, defending a structure like that in combat would be stupidly difficult.

1年 agoI was in highschool when this happened. It took hours for it to fly across the valley. At first I thought there were some planes in the distance which was normal with PHX airport. Then about 30 minutes later as it got closer it seemed like maybe there were planes flying in formation. People started calling each other on land lines and slowly everyone started noticing it.
I wrote it off as flares first because the lights seemed to just hang in the sky and were moving so slowly. But after another hour it had changed directions and the flares never fell. I could have driven in a car on the freeway across about the same path it took in half the time. People who lived on the west side said they could look up and see that the lights were connected but I saw it from further away.
The lights were not red or green and they didn’t sparkle like flares do. Then after changing directions it moved across the entire valley and went over the mountains. People in towns further north watched it pass them as well.
The next day the military base said they had no flights. The airport said they didn’t know what it was. After the news went national the military realized that it forgot that it was doing an exercise with flares that night.
I don’t know what it was. But I know it wasn’t flares or any normal airplane or group of airplanes. It was a large slow moving craft. Some people said Aliens. Some people said it was an aircraft carrier size, lighter than air vehicle that the government was hiding.

1年 agoAlways baffling to see so many people so sure about the real dimensions of any object seen in the sky (all the more at night) without any reference point of practical way of triangulating it. A 20cm plate seen from a distance of 20m is strictly similar to an alleged 20m UFO cruising at an altitude of 2000m or a 200m wide mothership at 20km up in the stratosphere…

1年 agoThis is the first time I have heard the A-10 warthog story. The first cover up story, I heard was that it was a group of one man aircraft gliders flying in a V-shaped duck 🦆 formation.

1年 agoThanks a lot for awesome videos of spectacular subjects. Could you please consider creating a video about silent helicopters which cannot be heard even over a short distance? I have heard two first hand accounts of such helicopters one of them dating back to Vietnam war and the other to early years of 1980s during tensions with Iran in Persian Gulf area.

1年 agoAs an Arizonan and a fan of the channel this is awesome, also saw the lights back then. They moved slow and in formation it was wild, very exciting. So many people saw them.

1年 agoCouldn’t be A-10s, you would’ve heard them. As one witness said, they were silent. To be honest, I think it couldn’t be weather balloons either? Flying them in that odd formation doesn’t make sense and you would see them go back and fourth. So I’m not sure.

1年 agoSomeone looking through a telescope saw “fighter jets”, then went to bed….
Since nobody knew what they were looking at, then to be technical it was an UFO, only not an extraterrestrial one.
If it was extraterrestrial, that would be so cool!

1年 agoWhile it’s always good to not jump to conclusions, it’s equally good to not take the easy way out as well. Basically it’s just as easy to trick yourself into writing something off out of fair of ridicule rather then hard facts as it is to give into flights of fancy.
That being said, you can never take an official government stance for it’s word since if they ordered some A 10 pilots to say something, they’re gonna say it because it was an order. Once again, doesn’t mean they’re always lying just that they have the power to lie on a grand scale so you have to keep that in mind when weighing the facts.

1年 agoThey say it occurs so frequently that your chances of seeing it are good on any night, anywhere in the area, even in recent years.

1年 agoOn one of the many documentaries about theses lights, they showed the video of the arc shaped formation superimposed over daytime video where you could see the mountain in the distance. When they sped up the video, you could see the lights slowly drifting downward and disappearing one by one behind the mountain just as you would expect illumination flares deployed over the military base located there to do.

1年 agoTen years previous I was a participant in a ten year long alien exchange program. At the time I worked in Scottsdale Phoenix AZ and the exchange took place 200 miles away near Vernon AZ. I have shared the content through a back door at the Department of State and in 1997 I resided in Washington DC and worked in part for military intelligence.

1年 agoI’ve been fortune enough to spend a lot of time around flying A-10’s, and while they are quiet compared to turbojet fighters, they are absolutely not silent. There’s no way they could be moving around and dropping flares without ANYONE heard them.

1年 agoGood God! Just when I think you can’t do anything any freaking cooler,I wake up to a video like this. Absolutely amazing man! I’m pretty sure with your research and animation skills you could probably expand far beyond doing just aircraft. Have a great day! Thanks for making mine a little better!

1年 agoI remember this one. They were flares. Everything else is light correction from the camera. Brightness correction that only gets worse when sent through digital compression like the kind used for YouTube videos.
